Super 8 by Wyndham Miles City

Clean rooms, microwave and refrigerator in every room. The front desk staff were very responsive and informative about the area. They even have a map with selectable lights showing local attractions. Good middle value hotel, not a dump like cheap motels in the area, and not overpriced like a few. Coffee is decent and the wifi works, what else can I say?

Not sure where these negative reviews are coming from at all. We almost didn’t stay here due to some of the recent negative comments. They must have had a bad day that day. The room and bathroom was clean. There was no smell,of smoke as many said. They are wrong. The bed was comfortable as well as pillows! I’d happily return!

I love this hotel. Very friendly staff and housekeepers. Always willing to help me and make sure I was taken care of. Thank you for making my stay here like home. Love how the rooms are smoke free since I quit 14 yrs ago. And they have many options of movies and shows on TV. Plenty of parking even for big trucks. And a gas station across the way to make it convenient to grab snacks if you want. Definitely recommend super 8. The owner's go above and beyond to make there guests comfortable while they are here. Thank you for everything you all do. I know how hard housekeeping is, I've been a housekeeper since 2014.

We stayed at this Super 8 on our road trip from Minnesota to California. We had arrived to Montana at 5 am and were desperately looking for a hotel, we called this Super 8 and Rita personally cleaned our room for us and allowed us to have an early check in. (THANK YOU SO MUCH RITA, YOU’RE THE BEST!) My son hid my wife’s airpods in one of the drawers and we didn’t realize until we were 2 states away. We called Rita and she held on to the airpods for almost a month. We love the staff, they are so friendly and accommodating. 10/10 ⭐ I totally recommend this Super 8. We will definitely be staying here if we ever pass by again.

We stayed in town for my boyfriend’s job for about 6 months. The owners are so nice and take such great care of there guests and there establishment by the time we left we felt like family. Best super 8 I’ve ever stayed in!

I had a great experience at this hotel. The hotel was very hospitable. That was very knowledgeable of the environment around them. It is bitter cold outside, but that didn’t stop me. I definitely still went and checked out the city. The hotel was clean. The bed was clean. The bathroom was clean. It is also dog friendly. I had my big old chocolate lab in the bed with me. I also want to give a special thank you to Robert. He gave me a jump the early the next morning because it was so cold I think my car froze over a little bit in my battery needed a little boost thank you so much too you Robert I really appreciate it

The customer service at the front desk was great. My room is spacious, clean, and smells great. My bathroom is clean. Tv works and has a lot of channels to choose from.

This place is awesome. The staff are all friendly. The rooms are always clean. And the parking lot is fairly large. I come through and stay here due to work every couple of months and it’s always a pleasure to be there.
